Terrible upkeep and landscaping, poor (or little) outdoor lighting, paths and walkways substandard, potentially good construction at the turn of the century, but not well-maintained. Poor quality of the all fixtures, building materials, sound & heat insulation. Unresponsive maintenance system. The management company does not understand that the resident is a customer. The only positive thing is that it is in Cathedral Hill, which is a great neighborhood.
