paying way to much - Lakeshore Oaks is charging to much for the water bill. I don't think a water bill should be higher then the xcel energy bill we get. They say the more people in the house you have the more your going to pay then a single person living by themselves. I'm sorry but we use more energy then we do water. We already pay way to much for rent. The rent we pay could be a payment for renting or ...Full review of Lakeshore Oaks

There are many many better deals in Eagan - Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! There are crackheads living in 2 apartments in my hallway, my car got damaged in the parking lot 3 times. I still hear rats (or something similar) running in between the walls. However, the worse thing happening to me here was partially my fault - in case you do decide to move in make sure you read all 20 pages of your lease agreement at ...Full review of View Pointe Apartments

Don't Move Here - Worse place I have ever moved to and I have lived in 8 different apartments over the years. Staff is unfriendly and horrible to work with. Apartments are dingy. Can hear everything through cheap windows!! Many times the lights were out in the hallways creating an extremly unsafe environment! Front Door lock wasn't fixed in over 7 months... ...Full review of At Home Apartments

Landmark - I lived in Landmark Estate for 5 years until I built my own home early last year. The place was beautiful and nice to leave at. I felt safe with my two little boys and Steve (the care taker) was very nice. The maintenance was excellent. ...Full review of Landmark Estates

Could be Better - It's not what it used to be.
Staff are great, except when it comes to
maintenance, just few people can destroy everything.
It's to expensive for what it have.
Safety inside the apartment is great, but parking lot is not.
My car had been vandalized more than ones and stolen twice.
Perfect place to be if you have your own gun seem like. ...Full review of Lauderdale Apartments

Ok place - I've been living here for about a year. It took a while to get used to the noise of the bar below (Fern's). It never fails, at least three times a week, someone's car alarm will go off. Since the windows are quite thin, I can hear everything. And I mean everything.

I would have to say my main complaint is parking. There is a decent sized lot outside, but ...Full review of Hill Plaza Apartments

So Far So Good - I just moved in about a month ago. So far I've only got one complaint and that is that the landlords have taken too long to respond to messages. It took over a week to get a garage key after moving in, and it took about 3 weeks to have my name added to the security/phone list at the entrance. However, the building is quiet, the neighborhood is decent, and so far the ...Full review of Marion Manor Apartments

I like it - Unlike other reviewers, I like this place.

We moved to Cedar Villas from another state. WE lived in many apartments and I should say that this the best one overall.

Even though it stands next to(presumably) low-income housing named Eden Place, I didn't have any problems with that. It doesn't bother me if nobody causing problems.

The townhomes look new outside ...Full review of Cedar Villa Townhomes

Could be better, could be worse - Sunplace was pretty spacious for a one bedroom with large walk-in closets. Had large windows and some track lighting. The intercom system did not work when we first moved in, but it was quickly fixed after we brought it to the attention of the landlord.
Also, the neighborhood did not always facilitate a feeling of safety, particularly at night. Parking spaces in the lot often ran out after ...Full review of Sun Place Apartments

- The first contact I had with Vailwood was an appointment with rental manager Nate Lindstrom in mid-November 2006. I didn't plan on moving to east St. Paul by any means, I was just looking at apartments because I wanted to know the market as I'd be moving in a few months (location: TBD). Nate showed me a number of units. The apartments that I looked at were great, but not for ...Full review of Vailwood Apartments
