It's ok - I lived there for three years and it was basically decent. Not bad, a work in proges - I noticed the prior opinion, and I would have to disagree. The manager has been very upfront with her goals and what she is trying to do at the apartment complex. Parkside - I throughly enjoyed living in the Parkside building of Lowertown Commons for the past year.
