I must be 15 again From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004 1 response   I swear 90% of the residents living here are 19 years of age. I would like to know how 19 year olds can afford apartments that are renting for over 1500.00 a month' You can't tell me that they are out of college, and making that much money, because they aren't old enough to even have graduated yet!!!!! Nothing, but one HUGE FRAT HOUSE, party central. NOISE, NOISE, NOISE!!!!!!!
