Apartment: The actual apartment is visually appealing. A nice large kitchen, nice deck and the living room is set up and wired well. There are many things wrong, though. The windows are extremely drafty. The AC/Heating Unit is in the bedroom and is extremely loud. This also makes it difficult to sit out on the porch which is also very noisy from units all over. The walls have a nice texture, but I think only one coat of cheap paint. It is a VERY noisy apartment. We live near the elevator and can hear it, as well as other people around us.

Amenities/Common Areas: Pool (in MN, an outdoor pool is not all that useful though). Whirlpool (4 season, but you will freeze running out to it!). The exercise room is very nice with very good equipment. The "Party Room" is nice, but overly used in the evenings. I like the movie room, but the bulb is quite frequently broken. Most of the people are very friendly. Sometimes drunk and noisy, but not overly bad.

All in all, I like the apartment but also look forward to moving out in May!! I would look elsewhere for the price.
