If the old saying "WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND", Dominium beware! You have misrepresented yourself to ALL of your tenants by telling them what a QUIET place this would be, and what luxury that would be getting. If this saying is true, for your lying, I would HATE to be you!

We have had to call the police 7 TIMES since we have moved in here in 6 1/2 months, because of UNBELIEVABLY LOUD NOISE. We don't consider ourselves prudes by any standards, but people partying at 3:55 A.M., is totally unrealistic!!!!!! This is an alllll the time experience at 808. This particular incident was in an apartment one floor down and two apartments away from our, and it still sounded like it was right NEXT DOOR!!!! That's how UNsoundproof this place truly is. When the police came, they told us they were already on their way, because other people had already called. They said that the St. Paul Police now call this property 808 FRAT HOUSE because of all the kids who attend the college who live and party here. This place says they rent to adults, but what kind of adults ride their bikes in the hallways, and rip up the flooring, party at 3:55 A.M, put bubble bath in the outdoor jacuzzi and party out their at 2:00 A.M., and stand on the patios drunk and yelling at all hours of the night while they party' NO ADULTS THAT I KNOW!!!!!

If you want to throw your money down a rat hole, give it to me, I'll take it off your hands. And, at the same time save you a lot of MISERY!!!!
