Ok only one thing has really changed since the few last reviews. They have door-to-door package delivery. But it's only available during business hours if you happen to be around. It is noisy at times, but if you have issues with noise distrubance, I suggest you take it upon yourself to march over to that apartment and ask them to quiet down. If they don't, take it to mgmt and as my roommates and I have noticed, mgmt has gotten much better at dealing with noise reduction late at night.
I love my 3 BR townhome. Lovely ammenities and floor plan. Love, the hot tub, pool, theater and work out facilities. The pub and gathering room is a plus. Although I will admit to it not being as 'luxury' as described. Screws have fallen out of our furnace panel, and door knobs and other things seem to break or fall apart relatively easy. And the elevators seem to be out of order at least once a week. But we've had no problems with maintenance attending to these issues within our apartment in a timely manner.
Kudos to 808 Berry Place for doing what they can as a new building and working on making this a better place...
