Awful living at luxury prices.

Sure, the place looks great and they offer some cool things but living here has definitely not been the best experience. This place has the worst staff and whoever designed the place should lose their license. This is not the luxury living they claim to give you but you definitely pay the luxury price. It seems that all the staff cares about is making the sale. If a problem comes around, don't expect them to take care of it. The design of the building is awful, the noise just travels from the courtyard and don't expect the management to anything about it. It's like living in a frat house. The police have been called many times to break up parties. All the appliances are low efficiency and don't expect any good water pressure. You can also hear your neighbors easily. The furnace is so loud and it's put in avery convenient spot, one of the bedrooms. Oh and don't expect to walk from one side of the building to other by cutting through the couryard. A gate was constructed and of course, there is no access, even by key, for any of the residents. I am also sure that this buliding has the slowest elevator in all of Minnesot. Don't waste your money here.
