I like living here. It takes my 5 minutes to downtown MNPLS & 8 minutes to downtown St Paul. When my car was broke down I had the option of taking the bus because it's a block away.
The studio apartment I'm in is great. I like showing this place off to co-workers. They can't believe how nice it is. It feels like a resort.
I even started working out since the exercise room has nice equipment.
On my first week here the garage door broke. It wouldn't open. It took a couple hours and I was late for work but the maintenance person did fix it. They left me a phone call that afternoon appologizing for the inconvenience. I thought this was nice.

I can't believe you're paying $1000 for a studio and are happy about it. Unless, of course, you're one of the many state-assisted people living in the building and you don't pay even close to that amount. Only then is it a fantastic deal.
