Pet Friendly...not!

I figure if you've read these reviews, then you're familiar with the noise problem. Beyond that, the complex claims to be pet friendly, but have no concept of how a working pet owner with a small dog lives! Although it would be nice to be able to come home 3 or 4 times a day to let my dog out, it just isn't realistic. This is why I have puppy pads all over the place. I am constantly harrassed by management, sending me notices every two to three weeks that they need to come in and 'fix' something. Most often, they can't tell me what they are fixing and I receive no notice that they have even been in my place! However, I HAVE received a nasty note that I have 'feces' and 'urine' stains all over my apartment when I know that this isn't true (having just had the carpet professionally cleaned the day before)! When I called the office to scream about it, they simply said 'Sorry, the maintenance man probably doesn't have dogs and was shocked by seeing dog poo on the puppy pad'. I spend over 1700.00 a month here and have made a substantial deposit on my apartment. Let me live in peace until my lease is up! When I move, and I definitely will, keep the 2000.00 deposit if you feel the place is such a pit! Until then, I will continue to have my carpet professionally cleaned twice a month and anticipate the biweekly inspections to continue.
