I just talked to the regional manager of Dominion Apartments today and she told me that she found it hard to believe some of the things that I told her because she had not heard any complaints. Hmmm.. I would be thrilled if some of you would email me with your complaints so we could keep her in touch and help me get my (and your) problem solved. Im sure I am not the only one that finds the staff of 808 less that helpful among other things. Thank you! jazzyfair@hotmail.com

I currently live in 808 Berry Place I think it's rediculus how the office management treats tenants as children. For instance I pay for rent which includes ammenites so why do I have to pay extra to go tanning and carwash. Why are there so many restrictions on what I pay for, example 12am curfew on pool room, dusk curfew on swimming pool and courtyard, curfew on fitness center and now extreme restrictions on video room. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR? Who lives here the people who pay rent or the staff? Not everyone disrepects the property, staff needs to stop treating all tenents like criminals!!!1

You pay for an apartment, not ammenities. I have lived here since it was built, and the staff has been nothing but helpful. It's people like you that want to party all the time that make it hard for people like me that pays almost $2000.00 per month to like at a nice place. Get over it.

I currently live across the street in a condo complex. If I would have known how loud and annoying some tenants of 808 Berry are, I would have NEVER moved here. I'm not talking about the people who are a bit loud as they come and go. I'm talking about shrieking drunk girls at 3am and a group of five motorcycles revving their engines and playing "In Da Club" for 20 minutes after 1am. There are many more examples of terribly rude people disturbing an otherwise peaceful neighborhood. Oh, the guy who peels out on his motorcycle every day at 5am is great too. Don't move in to 808 Berry. In fact, don't move anywhere within hearing distance of this place!
