The apartment is nice. But......the construction is very noisey and the wharehouse across the street operates 24 hours a day and during the night this also creates so much noise it's hard to sleep. I don't believe the building's construction is the problem but the amount of noise is too much. Also 808 berry needs to realize who pays the bills!! Appreciate your tennents! Because there was a problem in the theater all residents must suffer. I have been a good tennent. Why are there so many time restrictions on the community rooms that I pay for in my rent. My rent is high so I can use these rooms and the pool but the hours are terrible for me. What am I paying for' I can rent an apartment anywhere step it up 808 berry. Respct your tennents. Pay for tanning why I already pay for rent that should be covered along with the carwash. Rent a community room, I don't think so! Maybe drop a deposit but why rent the room that should be a convenience for living here.

I live facing the courtyard and if the hours were any later, I would never get any sleep. If you want to party in the pool all the time, go back to college.

Just because someone is using the pool does not necessarily mean it will affect your sleep. Not everyone is disrespectful to their home and neighbors. You should try stating facts being that you know nothing about my party preferance. Not everyone lives here because it is close to the college, I actually work very hard and appreiciate my home I was commenting on the unnecassary restrictions if you read the entry.

All apartment buildings have restrictions. I have never lived anywhere where you can swim at 3:00AM. How do you restrict who is good and who is disrespecting the rules. It's normally not just college kids. Are you jealous they can afford to live in the same place you do?
