I and my wife are on our 2nd year of our 2 year lease. This as been the worst living experiences ever it has caused so much stress and sleepless nights that I believe it has taken 10 years off our lives. The noise is so bad here I can... swear to god hear the neighbors above us talking from in the bathroom. We have had to call the cops numerous times because of jobless kids partying tell 4:00 a.m. every night of the week. Every morning you have to clean the cigarette butts off your car and don’t step on the broken beer bottles. I have almost been urinated on by an intoxicated male peeing of his balcony. The amenities are now very restricted because of these college kids making trouble. Why should the whole community be on lock down and curfew because some people are loud and abuse the property' Why not use all those security cameras, complaints and police reports and punish those who are causing the problems. But all they care about is occupancy. Look in front between 12:00a.m. And 2:00 a.m. and you will see the police almost every night. My wife and I both work and get up at 6:30 a.m. about the time the neighbors are going to sleep. So yeah living here is hell! Unless your parents are paying for it or if you’re out of town on business 90% of the year looks else where. I promise you will kick yourself if you move here.

I'm in college; grad school to be an attorney and I haven't had any problems. It is against the law to discriminate against age so get over it. I think the management is great and are doing their job. I don't know of any apartment building where the amenities are open 24/7. If you are so unhappy, buy a house.

We lived at 808 Berry Place for eight months and found it a living hell. When you pay $1500 a month for rent and are locked into lease, you just can't get over it. We moved into 808 because it was advertised as a LUXURY Apartment. We thought the renters would be respectful and professional. We did not think we would have to deal with all the crap (loud parties, people peeing off balconies, etc) that go on there. We have been out of there eight months now, and the experiences still haunt us. Obviously, some of us just can't get over it.

Thanks Attorney at law. Can you ask your father to pay the money to get us out of our lease? Cause you are right we should buy a house. And if you read what I said they should hold people accountable for their actions not their age. And I never said a thing about 24 hours. Oh, and I love your Audi!

Thanks for bringing up my father. That's why I'm in law school, he was killed by a drunk driver. I don't drink, don't smoke, and I pay my rent on time. I'm in my last year of school and already signed for a great job. Granted I don't drive an audi, are you jealous that I'm still in school and I CAN afford one? If you are so stuffy, buy a house; or can't you afford one and that's why your renting?

I totally agree with the poster that the noise is terrible. I lived there last year and you can hear everything, the walls are like paper. You can hear conversations, people walking down the hall, and when the college kids have a party, you'll hear it from doors and floors away. The staff in general is snobby, I turned around once after talking to them to catch the lady making a face at me. Very professional. If you're not in school still, don't rent there.
