I moved here my first year of grad school and have stayed. I have a great home. Granted I have had to complain against my neighbors, but they aren't even in college. After I complained, the staff evicted the people. The staff and maintenance make you feel validated and important, not just a number. This is a safe, secure building. No other places made me feel this safe. The staff is great and are always friendly.

"College kids?" I am in my late 20s, look about 19 and have been out of college for 6 years. I have a professional job and pay my own bills.There are younger people here, yes that I have seen. And they aren't the only problem. It's those ignorant neighbors of mine who are categorizing and stereotyping all people, who look "young" as college kids and partiers, and assuming they are the problem. The young just look really good for their age, and may appear young enough to be in college! Maybe the ignorant should get a facelift and a boob job so they fit in around here..this is where the beautiful people live.
