This is no doubt a luxury apartment building, but the price is affordable since they allow an extra person live in a normally spacious living room. This place is very quiet unless you live close to the game room or community room. I specially like the kitchen even though I don't even cook much. I think the safety is pretty good here, never heard of any apartments or cars been broken in. Manage staff are nice.

Draw back: It is almost impossible to break a lease here. Some of the things you put on check-in sheet stating they need to be fixed, but some of them are never fixed.
