808 Berry place seems like a nice place on the surface but once you begin to live here many issues will come to light. Issues like noise. I can hear the renters upstair waking around and doing laundry. I can also hear the people next to me closing their cupboards clearly. Also the noise coming from the outside can be heard clearly.

This place is a trap and do not be fooled by high pressure staff trying to get you into an extended lease. There is so much bad about this place I could write about but I have to run to school. Please do not rent here OR live and learn for yourself. Have a great day and I hope you look at this review first. This place I not the place for you. Do not be fooled!!!
