Sick of the staff intrusions. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   We have lived here only a few months. In that time, the staff have had to "inspect" our apartment four times. Now, we have just received a notice of another inspection. Enough already. Also in this time, there have been two false alarm fires at 2 in the morning. At what point are we to have the privacy we are paying all this money for' Noise is another big problem at Berry Place. We can constantly hear the noise of our neighbors. This place is advertised as a luxury apartment. If this is luxury, I would hate to see what simply adequate would look like.
