I've lived here for TWO years now and can't wait to move out! There are numerous issues with the property:
1. You NEVER receive a call back when you leave a message with the staff.
2. Landscaping is awful! Escpecially for a place that calls it self "luxury". The mulch needs to be replaced and most of the scrubs, plants, etc are either overgrown or dead. They do replace the dead one, but leave the tag on
3. The garage is a disaster. People use it as storage. Balconies are alo filthy and full of storage of dead chiristmas trees. People are simply too lazy to drop their trash down the trash shut and let it pile up in the trash rooms.
4. When I moved in I filled out a form of the items needing fixing in my apartment and to this date NONE of them have been fixed. When I inquired, I was told I never turned the sheet in, when I produced my copy, they took a copy, but nothing came of it.
5. The staff is rude and unhelpful.
6. One would like for a "luxury" property, the windows would get washed---not here! I finally did my own so I could see out.
7. There is nothing "luxury" about the people that live here. The property FINALLY hired after hours guards, but they take at least 30 minutes to respond. I have nothing against people who live in section 8 housing or students, but the staff does nothing when people violate the lease.
Don't move here, you'll be very, very disappointed!
8. Invest you money somewhere else...this place is a rip-off!
