I love Alden Pond Townhomes, they are definately luxiurous rental townhomes for a great price. Neighborhood is friendly and safe. I feel comfortable living at Alden Pond. Beautiful views out my patio door.

Are you kidding me!!! It's not a safe neighborhood. It's too many getto ass people that live there and around the complex. Everyday day a cop drove around that area...Man what an idiot that said it's a safe neighborhood,Probably the office that wrote that!!!! Even they gave the maintenance two stars. The know they do a half ass job...

I lived in that neighborhood and it's not safe at all. There was a Police Station right up the road and the cops were always driving around that area. I know there was a lot of drug dealings and break ins. So from experienced that neighborhood is not safe!!! It turned into a getto.It was nice along time ago but not no more.
