Don't move here it was a nightmare from the day we moved in.We signed a year lease but broke our lease and moved out in 6 months. You call the office to have them fix something and they come out and nothing was fixed,it worked better before they would fix it. Mold everywhere,Mice and bugs.You tell the office we have mold everywhere than ----------------- would say just wipe it off. "WHAT"". Also we asked before we moved in do you allow section 8,She said we don't allow sections 8, Ya right section 8 everywhere. Then new neighbors moved in next to us NEIGHBORS FROM HELL. Party's every night,loud music had to call the police on them and still nothing was done about them.The office people are so phoney.DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! Don't believe the ratings the office gave it good ratings.

What an idiot, the office people are great as well as maintenance. Any maintenance requests I've turn in have always been taken care of same day or next. Repairs where always fixed proper. I've lived at Alden Pond Townhomes for years now and I love it. The landscaping is beautiful, the new pool is awsome as well. All of my neighbors are hard working professionals that work at. I will buy you dinner anonymous, if you can find me one home in Minnesota that hasn't had a bug, mouse, or even a bit of mold in it at some time. Maybe you should clean your home from time to time. I highly recommend Alden Pond Townhomes to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Your and idiot for living there. You are probably section 8 or getto just like the rest of the people that lived there!!! Along with the office workers.There is no hard working people that live there they all sit home on there ass and do nothing. And ya there was mold all over even when you clean it up it will come right back. And DUMBASS where I'm living now guess what NNNNNNNOOOOOOOO MOLD!!!.And I live in Minnesota.
