i lived at alden pond for a year. and to be honest i dont know why we left there. and i CANT NOT belive some of the ratings people have put on here!! i never had a mold problem there. yes there were bugs, but what can you expect, my backyard was a pond!! we did have a rat problem but the management fixed that. and that cannot be blamed on them. the complex DOES NOT do section 8, a little racist are we' just becuase you see a group of people who you think belong somewhere else, does not in any way shape or form mean the complex does section 8!! the alden pond management was quick with repairs and very helpful! the pool was clean, the property was beautiful and very well kept up. i felt very safe living there and i havent lived there in almost a year and i would resign a lease with them in a heart beat!! and the comment about missy was very uncalled for! missy and tina are the nicest girls ever and i have rented at 3 properties (including alden pond) and that place was the best and had the best office staff. do yourself a favor and if you are thinking about renting here, go see for yourself. the unit they show you for a model is just like any other townhome you would get leased. the only difference is the flooring.. some have hard wood in places that others have carpet. and for the price they lease for and the townhome you get.. it is worth every penny of the money!!
