When you 1st talk with the reps they will tell you how nice it is and they will show you the nice looking model home.Trust me when i tell you this, the home they will put you in is nothing like the model home there are mice everywhere the appliances constantly break down and there is alot of mold.There is alot of ghetto trash that live in the homes and they are rude and loud.I broke the lease immediately and got the hell out of there.

All of there appliances are junk. The dishwashers never got your dishes clean and the fridge had mold all over it and in the freezer to. You would pour bleach on it and it would come back in a week. The electrical outlets were a fire waiting to happen. You would pull out a plug and it would spary like crazy and have the time they wouldn't even work. You would call the office about these issues and they would send somebody out and it still would not work. This place is such trash!!!!
