Okay townhomes. Not anything to write home about. They are not luxury as they have on their signage. We did have mice problems and chipmunk problems. Some of the office staff were nice... i.e. Tina. Most were not. Would only recommend if you weren't planning on staying for a long time. Beware of the transfer fee if you want to go from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom townhome. We had a very quiet neighbor which was nice, but then had some neighbors that never parked in front of their own home (which they had two spots) and used up all the visitor parking spots with their cars (one of which had expired tabs and never moved).

My daughter and her husband just moved in there 3 days ago and gave their 2 month notice yeaterday! Filthy! Smelly with musty odor and stale cigarette smoke. Large dog next door that they CHAIN to a tree! and it reaches over to her parking space in front of their garage!! They really misrepresent this place! Very bad!
