Worst staff ever

If you like mold this is the place to live. Not only did they tell me its ok to live in my mold infested apartment after a major water leak flooding all 3 levels caused the moldy saggy bathroom ceiling to fall off, but the refused to relocate me to another room saying it was "mildew". After getting samples and contacting a lawyer they said they would let me out of my lease immediately and refund me my deposit. When moving out other residents told me of the moldy smell arround there parts of the building. The pool was never available because residents would invite all their friends over and crowd up the small pool. Also I was never informed the residency was section 8. Numerous times there were cops there, even for a shooting in the parking lot where someone was injured. The staff didn't even tell residents that there was a shooting, I found out after reading the star tribune. Took the complex manager 3 years to fix the pot hole infested 15 yr old parking lot. I had to do laundry at odd hours of the day because the residents seemed to do all their laundry on 1 day of the week. 6 laundry rooms per building and sometimes I had to go up or down a level andthe other side of the building to do laundry, kid of a pain.
The area is nice though, the pond is a very nice place to walk arround year round but provides lots of pollen unfortunately.
