At Home Apartments owns several apartment buildings in the St. Paul area including 26 South Dale Street, 616 Lincoln Avenue, 616 Summit, and a building near Grand and Victoria. Yes, the buildings are more attractive than other older buildings in the St. Paul area, but it is very, very difficult to get assistance from the property manager and other office staff. For example, leaking is a huge issue at 616 Summit and 26 South Dale. Water stains on ceilings and walls make the apartments look gross and result in mold. Faucets are continously dripping. The maintenance staff does not adequately fix the problems...if they even attempt to fix them at all. There are far too few washers and dryers in relation to the number of tenants, and washers and dryers are rarely in working condition.
