Worst rental experience that I've had in Saint Paul. Very attentive until you sign the lease. Apartment had mice. Windows rattled and were not conducive to Minnesota winter. Was either 80 degrees or freezing as they controlled the heat. Insects (wasps) got in constantly in the summer, but after repeated requests would do nothing. Had to call city to get hot water repaired after complaining about it for months. "Mistakenly" threatened to evict for non-payment of rent when I had paid rent in advance. The day I moved in, the apartment was disgustingly filthy. Neighbors regularly blocked doors open, unsecure. Washers unreliable, dryer burned holes in my clothing. Leaks in the storage unit in basement. AVOID!!!
