HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. lied about basically EVERYTHING

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I lived in this apartment in uptown for 13 months. The leasing agent lied about what would be fixed when I moved in, lied about storage space availability, lied about getting deposits back etc. When I moved out of the building, I sent keys certified mail to the address the manager gave to me and he did not pick them up, and said I never returned the keys. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The heat is regulated so it's always cold in the winter, you have to winterize windows yourself, and they are just -------s in general. SAVE YOURSELF.
