Least Resident Friendly I've Ever Seen

This complex is the least resident-friendly I have ever seen. We moved in sight unseen due to home sale circumstances and WHAT A MISTAKE. First of all...there is NO CHANCE of getting out of your lease prior to a 60 DAY NOTICE. Even with having fulfilled a 6 month lease, and going on a "month-by-month" lease, you still need to give 60 DAYS NOTICE. Your lease requires you to be out of your apartment by noon on your last day, yet you still pay for the remaining 12 hours in your lease. If you move out late, they charge you $25 per hour after noon that you haven't left. SO YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE LAST 12 HOURS TWICE if you aren't out. Also, you only get a one car garage, and there are a VERY LIMITED number of spaces for extra cars, so if you have a spouse or roommate, good luck parking. They threaten to tow vehicles not moved before snow plowing, but they never tow, so those of us that DO move our cars are not rewarded by helping out. They rarely ever replace outside lights, so parking areas are dim and unsafe. They claim to be "pet-friendly" but the rarely refill the pet waste bags, or empty the pet waste cans. Very expensive we NO amenities. Not worth your time...find a better place to live. NO AMENITIES AT ALL. VERY EXPENSIVE. Not at all worth the price.
