Just to help you understand my frustration my husband currently works in the apartment maintenance field. This place was our first community to we toured. It was in AV and that was a drive, but we came here and I loved the tour! We saw a BEAUTIFUL ready apartment, nice manager and it looked great! We rented the same day. We come to move in a month later (was a diff apartment since we wanted 2nd floor for our son)and it was horrible! Our kitchen floor was bowed up, so our kitchen is now a hill, you walk up into the kitchen, and down out the otherside. There were soo many stains on the carpet, many light bulbs broken, and the shower head was missing, so there was a huge hole in the wall in the bathroom. We had so many problems so of course we complained. They brushed everything off besides the lightbulbs. We then get to hear our neighbors above with a 90lb dog that they wrestle with constantly, it sooo loud.. especially with our 2 year old taking a nap! We luckily live above their garage for when they run downstairs so we either hear the garage opening, or the dog upstairs. Then in December we handed in our $1100 (crazy!!) rent check on time, before the 3rd. And they didnt put the check through until Decemeber 20th (right before Xmas)!! So I was upset, why cant they take their lazy selfs to the bank before then!' Then in Janruary my husband forgot to pay the rent Monday morning (the 3rd when it is due), so he handed it in during lunch. They sent us a letter stating that we owe $50 for being late. I called and they told me it had to be in by 9am on the 3rd. I asked to speak to the manager and she finally called me after 2 days. If it took them almost 3 weeks to put my check through last month, why am I paying $50 for being 3 HOURS late! Needless to say she wasnt happy, but waived the late fee. I cant even explain how horrible it is... maintenance SUCKS! There are two "care-takers", that know nothing about heat, trying to fix ours, my husband had to help them! I saw a drug deal happen my first night here, I am afraid the leave my garage after the sun sets. Parking... where is that' We get one stall, otherwise it is very hard to find one spot. Dogs everywhere, big dogs. Outrageous utility bills. We didnt get out electric bill for 3 MONTHS until they slid it under our door, we then were late by 2 months! Rent is horrible and the office is never open because the "care-taker" that also runs the office is too busy chasing after her 3 kids that hang out in the office. VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL! Never ever will we rent on the first day anymore. DO NOT MOVE HERE! CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT!

Haha SOOOOO true the "Office Manager" DOES babysit her 3 kids all day in the office and is never there when you need her....AND she smokes in the leasing office so that entire 1st floor smells like stale cigarettes. Nadiya is her name isn't it.
