What a wonderful place to live! From day one it felt like home. The management staff gave me so much time and attention. I felt like I was one of the family from day 1. They really got to know me and understand what my needs were. In living here for going on almost 3 years I wouldn't change anything. The manager is very attenative to what is going on and has an open door policy if you need to talk with her. When ever something needs to get fixed maintnance gets it done in a timely manner. They hold gatherings so you can get to know your neighbors. The hole complex is very friendly and management even knows you by name, where at other places I was just a number here I feel like I am a real person. The grounds are keep very clean. I can say that having moved from a 2 bedroom apartment that I paid 1,000 per month along with utilities I pay less here for utilities then I did there. Also it is nice to be able to come right in from the garage. I will stay living here until I buy a house! I would recommend this complex to everyone! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Obviously, this person is either being completely sarcastic, or he is the "very attentive" manager of the place. This is Boulder Ridge in Apple Valley you're referring to right???

Haha! This is totally a manager's review! #1 the office is NEVER open because the MOD is either running after her three insane kids or she's sitting there watching tv and smoking a cigarette in her chair supposedly on a conference call. #2 I lived in a one bedroom and paid 1100 a month NOT including utilities. Have you been sleeping with the hired help to get such a good deal?
