I lived here for a year. We got a puppy for Christmas the first year we moved in which was no big deal. We lived on the 3rd floor and sometime 6 months after we purchsed the puppy the hallways began to smell of filth because nothing was ever vaccumed or sanitized. It smelled like straight urine. Because the office knew of our new puppy the tried to blame us for their smelly hallways and tried to give us their Carpet Cleaning bill. THE DOG WAS POTTY TRAINED WHEN WE GOT IT. We fought it and we of course cleared. But then to top it off I had to bring my animals to my parents house one evening after the office was closed because we were going to be heading out of town for a week. The garage door automatically locks behind you so as I was putting the pets in my car I turned the ignition on and realized that my luggage was still in the hallway. When I went to get my luggage the door locked with my keys in my runnning car, pets inside, and the garage door closed. I tried for about 45 minutes to call their 24 hour emergency hotline so someone could get my oets out of the car before they suffocated and they first person to answer after about my 100th time calling told me to keep calling until someone else answered because it wasn't "his ------- problem" so I had to resort to calling to the local police who had to pry my door open and then the office forced me to pay for the damage to the door (which of course would have been prevented if they had answered their 24/7 emergency hotline!). They never even apologized for this situation. Please beware. They are nice to begin with, but once they rope you in they leave you to the birds.

Property manager sucks!!! If your looking for a early death, then move there but I would rather live on the streets.
