I am reading these reviews and I'm shocked. I've lived here since 2007 and have had nothing but outstanding service and communication from the management at Boulder Ridge. Any time I have had a maintenance issue, it was taken care of quickly and thoroughly. Nadia Ibrahim and her staff have always been positive, professional, and courteous. When I have had brought issues to the table, the staff has been accommodating, supportive, and willing to listen. Any complaints that I would have about the location (rare, occasional noise at night) stem from other a very small number of tenants as opposed to management, but that is a normal part of life at virtually any apartment complex. The building itself is well-built and comfortable. The location is convenient and easily-accessible. I highly-recommend Boulder Ridge and its staff!

Complete BS!! Thats all I have to say. She even put her last name. This just says something about the company she works for.
