The housing is ok, you know what your getting when your moving in. I lived there for a few years until ----- the property manager would not renew my lease, we used to be good friends and now were not and thats probably the reason she did not renew my lease. Don't believe what you read!! Im still friends with employees there and all the positive reviews were written by ----- the property manager (since this review is negative, she will probably write the company again and have her name removed again, but her name is surely shown on the positive ones, look yourself!) Shes a liar. Making false promises when you move in. Shes a thief, be friend her when you move in. If you want free cable, she knows how to hook it up, just dont get on her bad side because it will be gone just as quick. Good luck finding her if you have an issue, SHE IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE!!!! She trains her employees how to lie for her well. She talks down to residence and enters your home without permission, telling a lie saying she gave you a notice to enter. Maintenance is great, which is about the only thing positive there. Problems are attended to promptly and they know how to speak to there residence. Her one leasing agent is a nice guy, very well spoken and will go out of his way to say hi, something very small but its the little things that count. DO NOT MOVE HERE TRUST ME, THEY SUCKER YOU IN THEN LEAVE YOU FOR DEAD.
