I met the old staff briefly when I applied and was impressed. When I moved in the staff had changed. As well as some prices I was quoted the $30. for the party room also and now it's $75. plus $150. damage deposit. I was also told you could be in there to watch tv and relax as it was part of the rent now that is also not the facts. Please check into what you are actually getting when you rent somewhere!!!!!

i also viewed bradley apts. when searching for a new apt. in may 08. The staff person was very nice, but did no follow thru. she promised to call me by the next day on a question i had, but never called. two weeks later i got a postcard from her thanking me for considering bradley apts. plus, the current rate was $100 dollars off the normal rent on a special. i asked if when the special time period was up, would it go back to full market rate and she didn't know but went to check with her supervisor who said no, it wouldn't, that when it came time to raise rents again- next spring, it would probably go up slightly, but not to full price. Then the very next day, not even 24 hrs later, i checked the website and the rent had gone up to full market rate and the special was over! needless to say, they were major red flags going up and i passed on renting from these people.
