The place is going backwards since Tara, Rocky and Carolina left. They concern themselves with petty things and turn a blind
eye to major problems. They advertise secure building community room pool etc. fact is the doors always have some thing stuck in them to keep them from locking, the community room is always locked even during the day that it seems is only for the office
and their private use except for the leasing
person's son he's allowed in there to do as he pleases, and we are always told there can be no more then 2 guest per apt in the pool,
yet the assit. manager brings in her relatives to swim and it's alot more then 2.
The leasing person spends her time off driving around yelling at kids to stay off the grass and don't pick up any rocks while the other one in the office is busy discussing office business and other people in the building with friends in the building. If you want a receipt for paying your rent forget it they said they're not doing that any more it's too much writing I guess the law means nothing to them either.
People here are still trying to figure out who runs the office and just who is in charge. We used to have a professional and
caring office staff that went out the window when Tara, Rocky and Carolina left. If you don't mind being treated as stupid and lied to come to the Bradley House they are pretty good at doing that It really has gone backwards.
