All the reviews are about Tara, Rocky, and Caroline...why did they leave''''' Maybe they were FIRED. Now that there is new office staff it has gone down hill because the rules have to be followed, is that what is meant by "down hill'" Don't take these reviews seriously...check it out for yourself. 9 out of 10 times is unhappy, crybaby residents who don't want to follow directions and rules.

Now when you're talking about "rules that need to be followed" I think you're talking about rules that the new office staff made up. That's why everyone is so upset. There is a difference between explaining the rules and talking down to you as if you never went to school? The new manager is rude, and you can ask any resident! By any resident you can ask residents that have lived here for years. Now if it was so bad before, none of these residents would of stayed as long. But now that the new staff came along, everyone can't wait for their lease to be over with!!! About the previous staff being fired... I think someone is jelous of such great remarks that they're getting from the "crabby residents" as you call them! And yes, you don't have to take these reviews seriously because you can come and see for yourself what a mess it has become!

I agree with the person who responded to this review. They'll talk to you decent till you sign a lease then you'll find out how rude they can be
They seem to forget it's the renters who pay their wages when all is said and done. There is no such thing as a community room here, it's kept
locked at all times no one can go in there but the office staff. If you complain about any thing you're known as a trouble maker. I guess the new office staff just wants to be left alone
in their own little world. It's not important if the caretakers do a decent job of cleaning as long as they look busy, and they have a hard time doing that. I'm sure if more people knew about this site there would be a lot more bad reviews then good.

Why wouldn't people talk about losing Tara, Rocky
and Carolina? after all they treated people with respect and knew how to run an office. When there was a problem Tara took it up with the person involved, and that's as far as it went, now every
body knows your business and the business of the workers when some thing is wrong. John lets every
body (office staff and workers alike) know when
some one has messed up instead of taking it up with just the person, then the office staff tells others and a couple of cartakers can't wait to spread the news through the building. As far as rules go they only apply to certain people not every one has to live by them it depends on John's mood I gues or if he likes you.
Maybe John should pay more attention to where a couple of his workers spend their time when they should be working. Maybe people are crabby or cry
babies because of the way their treated. If they
finally do some thing in your apt after 20 years
you can bet he''ll raise your rent. Why should some one have their rent raised just because they replaced cabints that were 30 years old and falling off the wall. Don't think about getting a
wall painted or rug cleaned even if you lived here 15 or 20 years and caused no problem, that's only done for people that work here. They get the cheap rent and every thing new and done when they want. They just keep raising the rent and driving the people out that have lived here for years, and bring in others who do nothing but cause problems and only stay a short time any way and move on. That's why people are upset and move after years here. He drives them out by the way he talks to them and the rent increases. He'd rather have another $20 or $40 a month then a decent renter. If you're thinking og moving in better look at the big picture you won't get what is advertised after you move in.

I don't live there but am in the process of looking for a new home and I have to tell you this bickering and what I have read is a lot stonger than those who are sticking up for this place. I will not be looking into the bradley house apts. I am not a crybaby resident but the cons out way the pros.

you are correct about everything except raising rent when cabinets are put in and you can get your carpet cleaned for free once a year. I too have lived here for many years but due to the past year I have had enough and am moving. btw, there was nothing good about Rocky, unless you like sexual harrassment
