Burlington Apartments

Need improvement From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   These are great apartments, but they really need work on management and staff. There are a number of times I have been treated as less than a paying customer especially when I walk up to the management offices. Basically there is a lack of customer service skills among and staff, and the manager herself, which I think for the money that we are paying, is unacceptable. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
