Okay but expensive From: simulacrum Date posted: 12/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I'm a former resident who eventually moved because they weren't maintaining the property according to how much the rent was. They bill themselves as a luxury apartment, and the design is nice, but management and maintenance are slow to respond and don't maintain the property as well as they should. The underground parking and other amenities are great, but the nearby railroad is very noisy. A light sleeper would not fair well.
