This luxury complex is on the decline From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003   When we first moved here, very professional staff, beautiful grounds, wonderful neighbor mix with retired individuals, professionals, professional (medical school, law, nursing, master's level program) students, and a few delighful families. Management staff was very responsive, repairs made in a timely and professional basis. Management staff has a high turnover and is unresponsive. Repairs often go unheeded. Amenities are broken or need replacement.
