I agree with most of what others have said:
It's a wonderful apartment, good quality, the maintenance staff is very nice.
Pretty quiet except for the occassional train sound - but I lived in the other end of the complex so the sound is very faint. The neighbors are pretty quiet.
The management staff in the office needs customer service training - I'm glad I don't have to deal with them too often. They are not too friendly.
