Rude and uninformed office staff

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Office staff has on a number of occasions told us conflicting stories and then avoided us when confronted with the issue. Didn't get back to us when they said they would. They insisted on writing letters and putting them under our door instead of meeting face to face with us. Definitely not the service I would expect for $1150/mo.
