The Burlington Apartments should not be considered luxury. If they are then they need to redefine the word. I think they think that if they list as luxury people will be more willing to pay the outrageous sum of money they want!

This place is affordable quality with luxury pricing. For what they want you can move into a brand new place, just be careful where because some of the newer places are just as bad or worse.

The woman I spoke to was nice, but even Jennifer Lopez wouldn't have gotten me to buy what they were selling. Maybe the other units are better, but be cautious and definately explore your options! Also, before you give them any money or sign anything make them show you your unit!
