I have lived at the Burlington (1150 building) for a couple of months and the only problem that we have encountered is maintence. A few things in the unit have needed it, but they were there within 24 hours. The office staff is very courteous and got us a great deal. The weight room could us a face lift and the other residents in the building could use some ettiqute training, but overall we have had a great experience.
