The Burlington caters to many types of renters - only they don't tell you about it when you rent. While they show you the "nice building" on the tour, it is often not what you actually receive. In my building the elevators had a smell that can best be described as a combination between cherry cough syrup and dead mice. Cars are broken into every night and loud drunken students come and go at all hours. People will open the doors on running dryers in the laundry room simply to annoy other renters. The office is horrible and does is not able to efficiently process any request. They are quick to talk about the improvements that are going to be made, but in the time I lived there I saw none. I would stay away from this place.
