Currently, I'm staying at the apartments due to school reasons. It was the only place they offered that would be included in our tuition. I looked at the paperwork and were getting charged $750...(decent deal for 2 room 2 bath right') But there are four of us staying there and were all getting charged $750. THAT IS $3000 per MONTH.
The apartment we moved into was plaged with problems from the start, Closet Racks were GLUED ON, When it fell down from the wall, IT took them 1 full month before they came and fixed it, The coffee table was cracked. When the dishwasher broke down, it took them 2 full weeks before they came to fix it.
We had to get our keys rekeyed 3 times, the last time my roommate got his stuck in the door and we had to keep our apartment unlocked for three days before they came to look at it and took the complete day to fix it.
Our keys still don't work for the exercise room.
parking is horrible. Walls are paperthin. You can always here the people above and below you.
There is usually trash in the stairwells. YOU CAN'T REACH A LIVE PERSON FROM THE OFFICE. The main office is locked, and you can't get into it without a key to the main building anyways.
Some guy murdered his mother in the main building in December and failed to notify use until 2 days afterword, and never informed us that he was caught.
We are too close to the train tracks. They are not very noticable except when your trying to get some sleep.
Our room is placed on the same fuse as the living room so if we have our computers on and one of us is watching the tv. we can't turn on the microwave or the fuse will trip.
The heating system is broken so our heat is on the highest setting all the time. The management just plain dosent care about your business.
Its all ready too late for me because I signed a contract with my college and burlington combined so if I leave I still will have to finish paying for the entire year.
The only decent thing that I can possibly ever say about this apartment complex is the rooms do have a little bit more room than other ones. but all things considered, id rather live in a jail cell
