Burlington Apartments

Not that bad!! From: Bruce24 Date posted: 7/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The Burlington is not as bad as people make it out to be. We have lived there since November of 2005 and we have had no problems. Our apartment is nice, maintanence is great and responsive (as long as it is not an afterhour emergency) and the management is very reasonable if you are willing to negotiate. Yes there are some lousy people living there, but you avoid them. Also, you live in community living! There will be noise, that is just how it works. The trains are a little obnoxious if you face the tracks, but if not, you don't even hear them. Parking is rough unless you have an underground spot, but at least they offer underground parking. Pets are allowed which is really rare in the Twin Cities. Over all, I would recommend the Burlington to my friends. It is an especially great place to live after you rent from a private landlord for a while.
