I've lived at the Burlington for over 2 years, and I love it. People complain about the trains, but unless you're facing the track, they don't bother you. I would argue that maybe some of the renters are a larger noise nuisance, but even that is sporadic. True, the workout rooms are a little underfurnished, and the hottub (at least in the 1170 building) is rarely full, but the staff is excellent. They've taken care of ANY concern I've had with speed and graciousness.
