This is a perfect place to live From: abel@ablecc.net Date posted: 3/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I don't know if it is a Minnesota thing, but this complex is perfect. My wife and I moved here in 2005 from northern CA. Yes there is crime, but that is everywhere. I think people need to take RESPONSIBILITY for their own PROPERTY. If you see common doors open, close them. Make sure your Apartment is secure as well as it can be, and get Renters Insurance! Also, if it is such a concern, why isn't there a neighborhood watch programms active'
