Would not recomend after 3 years of living here.

We moved here from out of state becuase we had a small dog and it seemed nice. We had hassles in the beginning but nothing like recently. We have had rude neighbors who have lied about their pets and have let their pets urinate on our deck (all over our furniture). The management accused us of lying and told us to prove it, when we did they still refused to do anything. We had a neighbor with surround sound that played it for hours every day, when management was finally tired of me complaining they came the last week to talk to them (12 months later and they were moving). Our vehicles also have been broken into, the garage door was broke for six months allowing any passer by access. The sink above us backed up garbage diposal crud all over our kitchen and no one was available until the next day at noon, becuase they forgot to leave the answering machine on. We have lived here for three years and have put up with things because we only have a year left until we are finished with school. But the recent disregard by management has been to much to bear any longer.
