I've lived at The Burlington since June 2005. You're paying for luxury, but you're definetly NOT getting it. My car was broken into in the "secure" garage... there was a camera less than 20 ft from my car which not only caught nothing, but later I found out didn't work. The staff is very nice, but I'm not sure they know about customer service. I reserved a party room in 2006 in the 1170 building on site... I reserved it in March for a June party. I confirmed the reservation in April and May. In June when I went to the office to pick up the keys, I was told that they had reserved a party room in the wrong building. And had rented out the room in the building I should've been in to a NON RESIDENT and refused to move them and refused to help me contact my guests or hang up signs directing guests to the right building. It takes weeks to get maintenance issues addressed, let alone resolved.
The bright side of this story is that The Burlington is under new management now. I don't know if that will mean better service or a better environment, but it's a silver lining.
